Work Experience
- Suresh is one of Vietnam’s pioneering and experienced BPO specialists. He spent the last five years in Deloitte Vietnam as a Partner / Vietnam Country Head of Business Process Solutions. He was roped in by Deloitte to lead and grow the Business Process Outsourcing (‘BPO’) business in Vietnam.
- Prior to his stint with Deloitte, he was developing and managing TMF Group, a very successful Netherlands based international BPO services firm, whilst holding a regional Managing Director role. He has over 16 years’ experience in providing BPO services such as accounting, payroll, and market entry solutions to a diverse range of industries in Vietnam and in the South East Asia region.
- Suresh was previously also attached to PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City, handling audits of alternative investments, such as hedge funds. He has also worked in Big Four firms in Taiwan, Thailand and Malaysia, specializing in the areas of statutory, forensic and internal control audits.
- He has built a wide network amongst the business community in Vietnam and is highly sought after for BPO support and market entry advice in Vietnam and the region.
- In Vietnam, Suresh has been active in the business community. He has held board positions in some notable business chambers in Vietnam and is also a member of the CEO Club of HCMC. Suresh has also held elected positions as Vice President of the Malaysian Business Chamber in Vietnam and Board member of the Dutch Business Association of Vietnam.
- Currently Suresh also holds the position as Chairman of the Advisory Board of Bizzi, a fast-growing SAAS company that is rolling out RPA and AI to simplify finance processes. He is also a Founding Expert of Frontier Leader Institute, a firm building an ecosystem of programs to nurture leadership potential via a flexible combination of training and corporate coaching whilst utilizing AI in the field of talent development.
- Suresh is also a Fellow member of the Association of International Accountants, UK and a qualified Certified Public Accountant of Vietnam (VACPA). He is also a holder of the Accounting Practicing Certificate of Vietnam.
