Dr. Steve Pham is an entrepreneur, consultant, speaker, and author. Dr. Steve currentlyserves as the Founding President of the ESI Institute and is a transformation advisor to C-Suite leaders of various organizations and businesses in global leadership and entrepreneurship, innovation and strategic management, global trends in talent management, applied psychology in talent development, and business coaching and consulting.
Dr. Steve with rich international knowledge and experience is a senior consultant supporting many multinational companies and international schools in Vietnam and the SEA region, focusing on organizational restructuring and transformation, people and culture development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives to help successfully foster an inclusive culture and working environment for the innovative sustainability and excellence.
Dr. Steve holds a Doctorate in Leadership and Learning from Aspen University, CO USA. Dr. Steve also serves as an international guest lecturer for various international undergraduate and graduate programs such as Gloucestershire (UK), Broward College (USA), Colombia Southern University (US), and Western Sydney University (Aus). Dr. Steve is a member of the Delta Epsilon Tau Society of Distinguished Scholars and an associate member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the American Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
