With over ten years of experience in the construction sector, Neel is currently serving as the Business Development Director at IntES (International Engineering Solutions), where he leverages his extensive engineering background and leadership experience to drive strategic growth, cultivate new business opportunities, and expand the company’s footprint in international markets. His unique combination of technical expertise and business acumen allows him to effectively bridge the gap between engineering solutions and commercial success, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
In addition, he brings a comprehensive skill set in Customer Relationship Management, Sales & Marketing, and Business Development, with a strong focus on Marketing Research for new products and Sustainability Solutions, particularly in Energy Efficiency for Industrial & Commercial Projects. He has a proven track record in conducting Technical Due Diligence Reports and Feasibility Studies, which are key to ensuring project viability and success.
His experience also extends to Design & Build projects, and He has significant hands-on expertise in executing EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) projects, ensuring that complex projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
