  • “Act locally, think globally” is the guideline and philosophy that Ms. Tieu Yen Trinh, the founder and CEO of Talentnet Corporation has constantly followed over the decade since the establishment of Talentnet after seperating from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in 2007.
  • Being an entrepreneur with a bold vision and charismatic leadership style, she has led Talentnet successfully in cooperation with Mercer and ADP Streamline. Her experience in advisory Boards and C-Suite has helped build human capital agenda and strategies on many levels with an unparalleled depth of understanding of the Vietnamese labor market. This has resulted in strong relationships with top HR professionals, industry leaders, and other key contacts within this field. One of the biggest milestones in her life was when she founded Vietnam HR Awards in 2014 – where the best HR strategies and practices are comprehensively evaluated and awarded.
  • 2019 marks her significant milestone by being in the top 10 of the Red Star Awards – celebrating excellent young entrepreneurs nationwide for marvelous business success and contribution to social activities. In early 2020, she was listed as an Outstanding self-made leader by Forbes Vietnam. And In early 2024, she was honored with the “Outstanding Female Entrepreneur of Ho Chi Minh City” award, a recognition co-hosted by the Ho Chi Minh City Women’s Union and the Ho Chi Minh City Businesswomen’s Association.
  • Ms. Trinh is currently the Vice President of Hawee (HCMC Association for Women Executives & Entrepreneurs) and VNHR (Vietnam Human Resources Association), a member of AHDO (ASEAN Human Development Organization), and a member of the Advisory Board of SMU Singapore.
