She has held key positions such as Chief of Human Resources Officer at Onemout group; Head of Strategic Human Resources Management and Reward, Senior Advisor of Human Resources Governance at Techcombank, Human Resources Director at Fujitsu Vietnam, and Operations and Logistics Manager at Schmidt & Co, (HK) Ltd.
Currently, Ms. Chu Kim Chi holds the position of Deputy Director at the VNIDA Institute of Corporate Governance Research – a place that brings successful governance models and practices, contributing to the training and enhancement of the capabilities and affirming the position of Independent Director, Board members in listed companies in Vietnam.
